Sean is a second year Master of Divinity student primarily interested in theology and theological ethics. As a research assistant for Ryan, he works on the place and function of gratitude in contemporary theology. Before moving to New Haven and meeting his wife Hannah, a fellow YDS student, he grew up in Central Florida and received a B.A. in religious studies from Florida Southern College. An ordination candidate in the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church, he also serves as a pastoral intern at The Brick Presbyterian Church in New York City. His favorite pastimes are playing and coaching tennis, learning about airplanes, and spending time with his friends and family.
