Peter graduated from the University of Notre Dame and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and holds a Certificate of Theological Studies from the Dominican School of Philosophy & Theology (the “DSPT”).

Peter began his career in large international law firms and started his own law firm in 2015. Peter represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and executives in cases throughout California in a wide variety of business and insurance coverage disputes. Peter also serves those in need. He advocates for homeowners who suffered devastating losses in the California wildfires; volunteers as a small claims court judge; and performs pro bono legal services. For example, in the past, Peter assisted veterans to obtain compensation benefits and immigrants to obtain asylum.

Peter’s leadership experience demonstrates his commitment to Catholic Christian organizations and his faith. He has chaired the Parent Advisory Board and served on the Parish Council at St. Hilary in Tiburon, California. Before that, Peter served on the board of managers of the Embarcadero YMCA in San Francisco, where he chaired the Community Programs Committee and led the Youth Chance High School Advisory Committee. Presently, Peter serves on the Board of Trustees of the DSPT, where he chaired both the Board and the Advancement Committee.

Peter is an active and engaged parishioner for his local Catholic parish. Peter recently relocated to Encinitas, California and became a parishioner of the Church of the Nativity in Rancho Santa Fe, California. He looks forward to continuing to serve God and others at his new parish home.
